here is one of the homes I've built for the sims 3. it is not my first home to be honest, i've lost a lot of my content I've made when I had to completely restart my laptop to the state of a brand new one.
Description: Extremely spacious 12bd 10bth home. basement and possible Gym room included. Lots of space for added entertainment/features. Pool, Jacuzzi, 3 floors plus a maids quarters. 3rd floor is partly furnished and has lots of columns.
im not kidding, there are a shitload of columns on the 3rd floor.
Notes: I have Base, Late Night, World Adventures, Pets, and Generations. I used all default content(from the blueprint options), the cars are from
Fresh Prince Creations, I also used some things from
Murano and
FantasticSims .

I will be updating this but I don't know when so if you'd like to download it, please do so. the CC that is included in the sim3pack.file will either be removed or switched to a default object if you do not want to download the CC from the sites and artist. I made this home in
Lori's Island , you shouldnt have any problems using this in another world though. I didnt. if you do, please let me know and I will try to fix that.
