{Random Post} Surprise Surprise!

Literally! I received some mail today and it was a package from Target. I haven't signed up for anything and I was not at all expecting anything so I was pretty excited to have received something. Anyway, what is or shall I say was, inside the box was this cute little cosmetic bag filled with goodies from Essence Magazine. There was a cute little note from Essence stating "Simply because you're a subscriber at ESSENCE Magazine, here's a bag of FREE samples, compliments of Target Beauty." As I said, I was not at all expecting anything like this. The goodies that I received are

Shea Moisture- Organic Coconut & Hibiscus Curl Enhancing Smoothie.
Olive Oil Hair Lotion
Olive Oil Creamy Aloe Shampoo.

All organic of course. Now I haven't tried any of these but I really love Essence for ethic hair so I'm wanting to use these products but I am skeptical. I guess I will have to just take a chance! Have any of you tried these products and not liked them? Give me your feedback! I'd love to hear the good and the bad.
I will definitely be using the bag! lol

I know I have been MIA lately...I'm very sorry about this. I've had some complications in my life that just really stressed me out to the point of me buying cigarettes and I am now smoking o.o I HATE smoking with a passion and now I am doing it...smh...anyways...I am going to go back to working on this blog and hopefully gaining some more followers! lol

{Random Post} Finally found a red lipstick that I like!

Hello all! So While searching through about 10 different beauty blogs consisting of Fix Your Face By Maryam Maquillage and Pigments And Palettes, including one of my favorites
( Socialite Dreams ) I was inspired to be girly again! I went tomboy mode for a while as I was feeling depressed and non-loved and thankfully, the beautiful girls and their amazing make-up tips and tuts' brought out the girl in me again! So, I went into my mothers bathroom ( I don't have any gloss or lipstick other than NYC KissGloss #534 Tribeca Tangerine, which is my favorite gloss now.) and searched for her makeup. I found some lip gloss that I was inquisitve about and tried the red. I loved it immediately! It went on smooth, my lips felt soft, they breathed unlike others that make me feel like i have thousands of pounds of lip gloss on and most of all...the red went with my skin tone very well. Profusion Lip Shine is a definite favorite. I will have to buy more. I hope I can look further into my quest for the perfect red and find one that fits me even better. Here are some pictures of the red...you can't really see the actual color but hopefully it's clear enough to show the well look it gives my lips :D. ( It's 11 o'clock at night so I didn't attempt to put any other makeup, or accessories on! lol)
